Now that you are aware of the number of cells our body contains, it's important to note that each of these cells serves a purpose. This is where your expertise will come into play. You will learn all the basic parts and functions of the cell, learn about any type of cell in the human body of your choice, and present your findings to me and your fellow biologists (*If you are an honors biologist, you must become on expert on two different cell types. You will only be required to present your findings for one of the two cells.)
You will be displaying your findings using a prezi (www.prezi.com), an interactive powerpoint presentation, and present to your fellow biologists.
Throughout your research, I will provide you with a series of mini objectives, which you must complete, to help you truly understand everything you need to know about the cell. If you have any questions along the way, do not hesitate to ask me for assistance.
Click on the Process tab to begin your journey. Good luck!
